Is my landed home a suitable enviroment to install a lift?

Most homes are suitable for installation of lift, even for homes that has already been built, it is still posible to retrofit a lift. For new or addition & alteration projects, it is best to plan for a lift now so that you have the full options of the different systems without restricions.

To evaluate the suitability for a lift installation, you will like need to consult a lift specialist, and a professional engineer to understand what are your options, if a lift can or cannot be installed for the site. If it is evaluated to be posible, speak to one of our lift specialist to find out the different systems and their requirements.

Where do you provide it?

While our headquarters are in Johor Muar, we install and service our lifts throughout Malaysia. (include West and East Malaysia)

Can you provide an estimated price of installing a lift in my landed home?

How much it costs to install a home lift is dependent on many aspects including the structural setup, the choice of systems, to the finishing touches. While the cost varies widely, the basic model of a lift can be cheaper than buying a car in Malaysia.

Is there a maximum capacity or load for the home lifts?

There is no said limit on the capacity or load for the home lift. The capacity is usually limited by the space available as space determines the maximum cabin size possible. A good size home lift's cabin car is 900x1145 inch and takes 280kg. This lift car size is just sufficient for 1 wheelchair and one person.

Will the installing a life take very long?

Upon confirmation, fabrication and shipment can take 1-3 months, installation takes 10 days.

Do you provide on-site consultation service? Will this come at any additional cost ?

Yes, we do and consultation is free. We can schedule a meeting onsite, or at our office showroom where you can view operating demo and finishing options.

How long need to service?

Service safety range at least three times a year are required.

Do you have limitations on the height and size of the homes/commercial buildings you service?

We can definitely service your home lift. We do lift maintenance and servicing for all lifts built by us. However, for existing lifts not by us, we will need to evaluate it on a case-by-case basis. Kindly drop us an email at starlift888@gmail.com for further discussion.
